Terms and Conditions

The standard packages are based upon Fun Tuition commencing approx 20 to 30 minutes prior to the 3 hours of Fun Gaming.

1 hour is required before and after the evening commences to setup and dismantle the equipment.

Prices quoted are for 3 hours of Fun Gaming finished by 23.30 hrs unless otherwise arranged.
For play after 23.30 hours please refer to the Extra Fun Gaming Time section. To achieve the 23.30 hrs deadline the Fun Tuition must start no later than 20.00 hrs to also allow time for the issue of Fun Money. Start of play shall be immediately after this commencing at 20.30 hrs.
During play we may, at our discretion, from time to time decide to rotate croupiers between different tables/games. We will always endeavour to do this with the absolute minimum of disruption to play.

Booking Deposits

We require a deposit of 30% to secure a booking. We accept payment by cash only.

Refundable Equipment Damage/Loss Deposit

Please note that the 50 Euro Refundable Equipment Damage/Loss Deposit is to cover damage to tables or equipment, any loss of gaming chips @ 2 Euros each.
Any Equipment Damage/Loss Deposit to be refunded will be returned to you at the end of the event or deducted from the outstanding balance.

Outstanding Balance

The outstanding balance, including the settlement or return of the Refundable Equipment Damage/Loss Deposit is payable at the start of the event.

Extra Fun Gaming Time

Extra Fun Gaming time can be purchased at 50 Euros per table per hour.

Extra Fun Gaming time can only be guaranteed if ordered at time of booking.

Please note: If additional Fun Gaming time is purchased a short break, at some
point will probably be required by the croupiers to "freshen up".

We will of course ensure that our customers receive extra time purchased in full.

Mileage Charges

Prices quoted are for events at suitable venues within 50kms of our base in Torrevieja.

Prizes

It is the responsibility of the event organiser to fund, arrange and present any prizes.

Other Points to Note

Please note: Charity fundraisers must supply their own secure buy-in system as we are not legally allowed to take cash directly from your guests.

Fundraising event organisers should check our Charity Fundraising page for rules of hire specific to those events.

Important

The customer must accept that in the very unlikely event that we are unable, for any reason whatever, to provide the services, as contracted between us (confirmed in writing upon receipt of a Booking Deposit); our liability shall be strictly limited to a full refund, of any monies paid.
We reserve the right to change prices and/or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
